Hello all! I have a quick question that I just cannot find an answer to.

My wife and I are planning a quick trip to WDW with some friends next month for Star Wars Weekends. We will be staying off site (Blasphemy!) to save a few bucks and we will also be arriving 1 day before the rest of our party. We have decided to use that one day to tour some of the beautiful resorts, and thus save one day on our theme park tickets.
So my question is, (without having theme park tickets yet or being Disney resort guests) would we be able to legally use the Disney transportation system?
I know the monorail is open to all but do you get "carded" before boarding a bus or boat? It has been a few years since our last trip and I honestly cannot remember.
Please understand that I am not trying to be a free-loader. They will be getting plenty of my cash with all the Star Wars souvenirs around! I just honestly don't want to drive from resort to resort, especially after our 20 hour drive to Orlando.
Thanks for the help!

I'll be going down to the world in May and was wondering how the free wifi service in the hotels and parks is? I'll be staying at Pop Century. I'd mainly want to use it for simple things like checking email, and Touring Plans, rather than high bandwidth things like streaming video. Will it suit my needs, or will it be really frustrating to try and use?

We will be arriving at Disneyworld two days after the last Star Wars weekend in June. Will we still be able to purchase the merchandise or do they pull those items as soon as the weekends are over?

Thanks!

We have never had to worry about this before since we always stayed on property, but I have a question about parking at the parks. We are staying off site and will be driving everyday. Can I park at the parking lots for the water parks or Downtown Disney, then use Disney transportation to go to the park of the day? My thought process is that I don't want to deal with traffic, so I would like to park at the closest lot to us, then leave the driving up to a bus driver, monorail operator, boat operator, or whatever.
Also, once I pay for parking, can I come and go? Thanks in advance!

Hello All,

I am beginning the process of planning my wedding and I am very keen to get the Groom on-board for a WDW Property wedding ;)

I have contacted Disney Weddings via email, and sadly got a very generic email back informing me that I am not able to get any information, other than what is on the site, until 16 months out?! :wow:

I appreciate that every company has their rules etc, however, I would not have expected this brick wall from Disney??

I explained that we are UK based and so all our family and friends will be travelling with us. Therefore, any information or prices to allow us to make a more informed decision would be much appreciated.. however, as I said, I got a rather dismissive email.

Has anyone got any experience of this? Should I just back off until the magic 16 month date? Or if I persist I might get further information?

Thanks in advance guys!
