No. I don't think you are nutty. Sometimes we have to step away from things to really appreciate the place. I was so ready to come home this trip that I was thinking that I didn't even want to go back next (this) year. But I will be bringing my kids so it will be a different experience.

If you need to, step away for 5 years. You can always come back before then if you find you need to.

Yes, I've even gotten burned out on anything related to Disney.

Although, I don't think I'd ever take a 5 year hiatus from a Disney vacation. Where are you planning on going Kellie?

Not sure where i want to go. Have a cruise planned but we shall see. Plan on playing alot of softball this spring/summer. Been to Vegas so many times don't even want to go there. (Plus i have family there). Anywho maybe sleep on a beach somewheres.

Sorry about the wacky weird venting question.

Wacky, weird and venting---that's me on Random thoughts!

That makes perfect sense to me as to why you might want a change. Good luck.

Somehow you just don't limit yourself to Random Thoughts.

I've only been twice, so I don't think I'm in any real danger of getting burnt out anytime soon, but I can see where it could happen. The thought of it depresses me slightly, so I'm not gonna think about it anymore.

At this point, no, I don't think I could. But do to money constraints, I don't think I will be renewing my annual pass this year - unless something cool happens.

Maybe I will actually take a vacation somewhere else?! Yeah, like that will happen...

NEVER!!! I just keep living vicariously and hoping to get there before they change the shows, rides, themes, etc. and I miss them forever. I don't know if this would ever change if I got to go as often as some people here (daytrippers, etc.) but for now I DOUBT IT!!! Dream vacation = 1 month at Disney
