    A nurse told me the best cold treatment is, smearing vicks all over your chest, pull over a heavy tshirt, drink a HOT toddy (hot tea with high octane whiskey) and go to sleep. it usually starts clearing up by morning.

    My complaint is my battery is dead on my stimulator, and Amy accidently unplugged my charger. aaaaargh!!!!!

    I think just the whiskey and sleep would work well personally. LOL!

    I just got a phone call from my step-mother that it's snowing in Buffalo, NY right now. I then went outside and it's freezing here too. Cold spell all over.

    My understanding it has something to do with the alchohol being hot that it gets into your system better, all I know is it worked for me till I had to start taking all these pain killers and such. a small cold can put me in the hospital now cuz my immune system is compromised.
