some new neighbors just moved into the house next to mine. my bedroom is in the corner of my house nearest to theirs, and they like to stand out on the driveway and talk REALLY LOUDLY at midnight, while i am trying to sleep. they also all drive cars with really loud exhausts on them, and they listen to rap music. it's not so bad during the day, but i don't think these people sleep. they are constantly coming and going at all hours of the day and night and i hate it.

I have a Sky engineer coming out on Tuesday now to 'fix' the problem. They were going to charge £65 for the call out, "really? can you please connect me with the cancellations department!" Now its half price for the call out and that includes any repairs, new parts etc (I never intended to cancel, but shhhh, dont tell them that!)

Todays complaint, Chris's call out phone went at 5.30am and i cant get back to sleep

That usually works too if you say your switching to Virgin Media or another company. Save yourself a few quid a month at least!
