    We expect a high of 80 in sunny Florida...ugh. I love hot and humid weather but its flipping January..give it a rest!

    I've been cleaning since 7:30 this morning...and I meaning CLEANING. I've gutted the laundry room and storage closet and reorganized them both. I've also started on the kitchen. And what might my Husband be doing????? Oh...he's playing PS2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2 DH is watching a stupid movie.
    3 It is raining!!
    4 We are not supposed to get any Ice or freezing rain!! (how sad!) (if we were to get some ice then I wouldnt have to go to the MIL's!!)

    Things I have learned living in ARKANSAS
    1. Possums sleep in the middle of the road with their feet in the air.
    2. There are 5,000 types of snakes and 4,998 live in ARKANSAS.
    3. We have four seasons: Almost Summer, Summer, Still Summer and Christmas.
    4. A carbonated soft drink is not a soda, cola or pop...It's a 'coke' regardless of brand or flavor. Ex...What kind of 'Coke' do you want?
    5. People actually grow and EAT okra!!
    6. Sweet Iced Tea is appropriate for all meals.
    7. You have to switch from 'heat' to A/C in the same day.
    8. All the festivals across the state are named for an animal, insect, grain, vegetable or fruit.
    9. You work until you are done or it's too dark to see.
    10. Everyone can't be an Arkansan: You have to be BRAVE to live here!

    Don't hold your breath! That's a huge reason the tree didn't even go up this year, because I knew I'd be taking it down by myself.

    Thankfully he decided to get off his dead butt and do what I asked (over and over and over and over and over again). We just finished lugging all the filled totes back upstairs and into the attic. Thank goodness that is done for another year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    So on to my next complaint.....


    I had other things on the list for him to do and his response to me after finishing with the Christmas stuff was "nope, I'm done, I'm not spending my whole weekend working." WHAT??????? Since when does 2 hours equate to a "whole weekend"?!?!?! MEN!
