    very sad...sad to see her leave a daughter she just gave birth to 5 mo ago behind...i would not be surprised if she overdosed. Or took too much because she was so depressed about losing her son. So sad

    Big surprise...they did announce that illegal drugs were found in her hotel room. The autopsy is currently underway and there should be a press conference this afternoon.

    maybe it was all the trimspa? kidding, but her poor daugther. It's tragic, really.
    Actually when I was watching the news it said that she had had a very high fever and that could've been the cause of death which is actually plausable to me because a little 6-year old girl died in my town the other day and the only sign was a high fever, so i don't know :[

    See now the news I just saw said they found perscription drugs in her hotel room and nothing illegal.

    Ok I gotta say it... her mother is a witch. I can't believe less than 24 hours after her own daughter dies she goes on national TV calling her a druggy.

    If she had the baby in the Bahamas doesn't the child have to go to child services in the bahamas until custody is worked out?

    Nope because Howard K. Stern is listed as the father on the birth certificate so he gets custody until a paternity test shows otherwise.

    Ahhh someone here made a good point... it's a way to delay the case even longer and let Howard keep Dannielyn longer. Sneaky thing to do but it works. LOL

    Seriously?? Wow, haven't heard that one yet. Boy she sure did get around didn't she?!?! I did just hear that a judge has denied a court order to retrieve DNA from Anna Nicole to be tested for proof that Larry Birkhead is the father.

    Right because why in the WORLD would they need Anna's DNA to prove he is the father? They already have Larry's DNA and Dannielyn's. The request was ridiculous.

    They actully just ordered that Anna's body be preserved pending a Feb. 20th hearing on the custody of the baby. Just keeps getting weirder and weirder.
