    Hubby said it was 20 out this morning when he went to start my truck.

    It was pretty cooooool when I walked out, but the Tahoe felt nice and toasty!! Gotta love those heated seats!!!

    Things I have learned living in ARKANSAS
    1. Possums sleep in the middle of the road with their feet in the air.
    2. There are 5,000 types of snakes and 4,998 live in ARKANSAS.
    3. We have four seasons: Almost Summer, Summer, Still Summer and Christmas.
    4. A carbonated soft drink is not a soda, cola or pop...It's a 'coke' regardless of brand or flavor. Ex...What kind of 'Coke' do you want?
    5. People actually grow and EAT okra!!
    6. Sweet Iced Tea is appropriate for all meals.
    7. You have to switch from 'heat' to A/C in the same day.
    8. All the festivals across the state are named for an animal, insect, grain, vegetable or fruit.
    9. You work until you are done or it's too dark to see.
    10. Everyone can't be an Arkansan: You have to be BRAVE to live here!

    Not sure of the temp but we got BIG FLUFFY flakes coming down and about 2 inches already. My foyer was blinding when I came down the stairs. I dont need any lights on. LOL

    BRRRRR is a good description. LOL Tho I am a bit ticked so I am warm at the moment. My neighbors were using my yard to cut thru because the town was fixing the road. Ok well and good, the road is done, no need to cut thru anymore--cutting not a big deal...BUT WHY would you shovel a path thru someones yard? I went out and broomed the snow back into it earlier and what do they do? Take a snowblower to it this time! Yeesh! I caught the teen (nice kid in general) He said his uncle did it so they didnt have to walk thru the snow....ummmm....there is a sidewalk to there house -use that...**here's your sign** Told him NO MORE--I am going to have to foot the bill to replace all the torn up grass (and I also mentioned that it is bad enuf there is already a path getting worn that I am going to have to reseed. SORRY! Venting about stupid ppl...**confused--why would you shovel the yard?
