poor king Louie
thought i would start this..not sure if this has been discussed or not....
Once at Chef Mickeys, Mickey was walking around and came to our table. Mickey was obviously a girl because her shoulder length blonde hair was sticking out in the back. My mom actually whispered something to "Mickey" and he went in back to get it fixed!
Another time we were catching the fireworks and wanted to watch Tinkerbell fly. We actually got a perfect spot where she land on the roof. We were right under her and she got stuck right towards the end and she had to reach up and grab the wire to pull herself forward. I was in awe...but it was kind of funny.
This happened backstage but when i worked at the animal kingdom i was about to head to my attraction when i saw King Louie walking out of the trailer about to head into the park but as he was walking out of the trailer he fell....just seeing him struggle on the floor and trying to get up with those long arms. A CM had to help him up! I was dying laughing.
poor king Louie
"There is more treasure in books than in all the pirate's loot on Treasure Island."
Mickey is usually played by a female. But I can't say I've ever seen their hair hanging outside the costume. The handlers are ususally pretty good about catching that kind of stuff.
yeah her hair was sticking out...but just a few strands..enough to tell she was a blonde!!
Am I the only one that has objections to this thread. I'm sorry...it's just...come on. I know that "things" happen on property but do we need to share. Young people can view this and do we really ant to harm the "magical experience" for them. Sorry to sound so strong or against new ideas but this one seems like it could harm the integrity of Disney in general...am I right?
Just let me know if i'm out of place here.
^it's a touchy issue, however, I haven't seen anybody take offense to it yet. (Like when other users have mentioned that they know the CM who plays Tigger, or something like that)
imho, it seems to be a fine subject, since, to my knowledge, it seems almost all of the users here are above 12
I do have something to contribute to the topic at hand, but I'll just wait and see what the general consensus(sp?) is about this topic beforehand.
All the people will look up and shout: "Save us!" and I'll whisper...'no'.
Who watches the watchmen?
didnt think i was being harmful here...i think seeing info of tigger hitting someone and a beast being arrested for child porn is a little more harsh!!! Like someone else said most people on this are 12 or older. So NO i dont think this is a bad thread
i just think other topics on here are much worse than seeing tinkerbell get stuck or a strand of mickeys hair is showing a bit......dont you think watching a video of tigger hitting someone or seeing the person playing beast getting arrested! I think that may be worse to see than hearing a few "funny" mishaps! Thats all....
sorry i will not post anymore...im glad i didnt say more!!
I used to be a CM and saw so many things happen in the park....but now i will keep it to myself
