    FRUIT PIZZA

This is super easy and very yummy always a hit during the holidays

1 tube of premade Pilsbury suger cookie dough

    1 tub of cool whip

3 or 4 of your favorite fruits i generally get : Grapes, Bananas, Strawberrys and manderan oranges the baby ones!

    Instructions:
roll out cookie dough flat like a pizza on a non stick cookie sheet , bake as directed on package.
Let it cool for about 20-30 minutes then spread the thawed cool whip on the cookie pizza and cut your fruits up into bite size pieces and cover the pizza with your cut up fruit ( you can always design something with your fruit too for fun ) then cut into brownie sized pieces or pizza slices and enjoy !

I made this Christmas-y recipie today...

    Peppermint Biscotti
    3/4 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    2 teaspoons peppermint extract
    3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed peppermint candy (i used candy canes)
    FROSTING:
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
    2 tablespoons shortening
    1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addtion. Beat in extract. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir in peppermint candy. Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating until blended (dough will be stiff). Divide dough in half. On an ungreased baking sheet, roll each portion into a 12-inch x 2-1/2-inch rectangle. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes our until golden brown. Carefully remobe to wire racks; cool for 15 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board; cut diagonally with a sharp knife into 1/2-inch slices. Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm. Remove from wire racks to cool. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Dip one end of each cookie in chocolate; roll in candy. Place on waxed paper until set. Store in an airtight container. YEILD: about 3-1/2 dozen

Oh they are the best Christmas CD's ever, Twisted Christmas was the first, then More Twisted Christmas and there is at least a third. They are to the tune of normal Christmas Carols but with a twist similar to the tone of your recipe. Will make you laugh until you pee in your pants. I play them while power shopping for Christmas, wrapping etc. or if relatives are grating on my last nerve. Twisted Christmas is my favorite but the other are funny too.
