help creative buddies.. i ordered 3 t shirts for disney. a jack, sally and a zero shirt.. well the got the first 2 right and they sent me a x small instead of a xxsmall for tayen and they no longer have the shirts so i have to make due... i have takin it in onthe sides and the buttom hem.. its the shoulders and sleeves i dont know what to do with
since I am taking a break from folding laundry and figuring out how many pairs of undies we need I will try to help. The blue dream shirt I redid for Meghyn was kinda hit and miss. I actully took off the sleeves and took them in circumfrance wise then used another t-shirt of hers to figure out how long to make them. I wound up shortening them like 3 times cause the poor kid looked like she was wearing a baseball sleeve shirt. I LOL Sorry I cant be of more help but I dont know how to explain it without showing your physically. Rule of thumb...cut longer then you think you will need, you can always cut away excess but if you dont have enuf, you are screwed. LOL
well my sister gave me a tip... she told me to wash it first in case it shrinks well her other disney T's did a lil so i'm going to wash it first... i guess it doesnt help either that its fromthe boys section so it is made bigger... she wears a x small in girls and a xx small in boys..
after i wash it i'm going to try following the orginal hems and take it in
i seen a nightmare before christmas wreath and i really wanted it but didnt wanna give that much for it.. well then i went to micheals and they had black wreaths so i bought the wreath a lil ribbon and a foam ball.. and this is what i came up with
