    Post Disney Home For Sale

My grandmother passed away over a year ago and we've had her home on the market since without any good bites. The home is essentially a double wide in a retirement community (50+) with some fun extras for residents. There is a pool and a low monthly rent on the land. The community is literally just minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World and Downtown Disney and is gated with keycard access. Quiet and safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.

The house itself is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath with a large master suite and beautiful screened in patio. Separate dining room and built in eat in kitchen. Comes with all appliances including a brand new washer and dryer. My grandmother was the only owner however she was a smoker. The home needs a little work but really just from a cleaning standpoint. Structurally it's in good condition and all the appliances etc. work perfectly. Any reasonable offer will be accepted.

My grandmother's friend is showing the house for us if anyone is interested in seeing it. I'm sorry but I don't have any recent photos. PM me for more info or questions. Thanks!!

Sorry to hear about her grandmother's passing. Was she a WDW fan? Her home seems like an ideal place for some retired WDW fans like the DW and I. I would buy it in a minute if the DW would let me, but that's not going to happen anytime soon.

Yeah she loved going to WDW. She went all the time until she broke her back and couldn't walk much. She and my grandfather (when he was still alive) went pretty much every weekend. They were there for the grand opening of Epcot and she later went for the grand opening of AK with her boyfriend (who also passed).

LOL y'know ironically... YES... I'd happily take the house payment via PayPal (i.e. Disney Visa). LOL!

HMMMM...if I was a few years older I might qualify. Sounds like a nice place in a great area. retirement ....Does that mean they wont allow families to move in? Is it possible to rent it out or wont the property owners allow it? Might be an option if you cant sell.
It's a Disney thing. If you understood, your only question would be "can I go?"

They don't allow residents under the age of 50. I'd assume you could maybe rent it but that person would have to be 50+. Still, we have no interest in being landlords.
