Day After Thanksgiving???

Hello Fellow DWT Members,

Anyone have plans for the day after Thanksgiving? Put up Christmas decorations, shopping, eating leftovers, and anything else your going to do post it here!

I am going to Chicago and doing many things:

1. Take the train to Chicago.
2. Look at the Macy's windows. (Before the crowds.)
3. Go to my mom's work. She has a half day.
4. Eat lunch somewhere.
5. Go to the Kris Kringle Market.
6. Maybe go to the DISNEY STORE!
7. Go to my uncle's for dinner and chit-chat. (Who knows?) (My dad is meeting us down there, later in the day.)
8. Go home.

NEXT DAY:

PUT UP CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!!!!! :yahoo:

(Normally we do it the day after Thanksgivng put as you can see we're booked!)

the day after for me... i sget up at 3 am and shop shop shop and eat eat eat...LOL

my christmas stuff is already up...LOL

We put all our christmas stuff up.

We will also finish our Xmas decorating, but more importantly we will be finishing our packing as we leave for the world on 11/27.:mickeykid

We go shopping because there is a lot of sales and the day after that we put up our christmas decorations and decorate the tree!

The malls are open at 1am so I might get in on that. Otherwise I'll wait out in the cold in front of Fleet Farm like normal. Then to JC Penneys. I don't know if I'll get to go to sleep that morning/night. But hopefully sometime in the day I will cuz my frienda and I are having a party later in the night due to them all being back from college for the weekend. I need to get free stuff and cheap stuff!

I will be making a start on our Christmas decorations outside our home!

Well, we usually go shopping early, and then come home and put up the Christmas decorations. BUT... this year it's my birthday that day. We can't break the tradition of going shopping, and I really want to go to the Disney Store for their sales, so we will go to the Disney Store and then Belk (because we always shop there and they have special sales that day and there's a chance for a $5,000 gift card). I know that you all will not think I'm crazy, but everyone else does. We will leave from the mall that is north of us to turn south and go back by our house and then on to WDW for my birthday!! Yes, you heard me, I'm going to Disney World on my birthday!! It's just my mom and me. We will be eating at Boma that night and then going to the MK resorts to check out their Christmas decorations. Hopefully, we will be in the bed fairly early, because we are doing all four parks the next day from 8am-12am. Then we are sleeping in Sunday and going to MVMCP. I can't wait!!

I work at an Ace Hardware and getting ready for this sale is all I got done today. Those people are crazy waiting outside. One year I took coffee out to them and they yelled at me. "We want in not coffee!!"

we're going to disney...hopefully it'll be as dead as it has been in the past. while the world is out shopping, we go to dis :D

Not much of anything. Probably put up Christmas decorations and catch up on some work. Wishing I was some where else (like WDW maybe?).

I don't decorate for Christmas until Christmas Eve (its a religious thing) and I can't stand huge crowds so I def. won't be out shopping.

This year I will be at a friends hunting cabin - I imagine we will go on a hike or visit some local antique hot spots (if they are open)

Well, gotta work long shifts on both Thurs. and Fri., so no shopping or decorating here! I usually get the tree up just a few days before xmas, and keep it around at least a week!

I will be working Friday night for about 6 hours. I'm planning on going in early... but if that doesn't happen... I'll just do some cleaning around teh house!
