things have been so crazy around here..

me and brent were comign home from the store when we seen this black ford truck going to fast on wet roads in a curve and he lost it and flipped into the river.. brent jumped out and went to him but he hit 2 trees on the way down and it smashed the truck and the poor 16 year old lil devin.. he was killed instantly and there was nothign we could do.. and living in the country cells dont have signals.. someone had to drive to a house to call 911 and it was just a huge mess! where the weather was so bad it too forever to get the EMS crew there.. so brent sat with the poor lil guy.. at the time we had no idea who he was.. later i find out his my nephews lil friend that they grew up together from birth... and in a small town this is so hard.. everyone knows everyone! come to find out the lil boy was racing to get to a lil girls house their was a guy in lil red car with 3 girls who come up on the accident they were who he was racing... it was so awful! and brent had such a hard time with it..

and from standing out in the wet cold weather that day.. now i'm sick! and fighting to stay well and deal with the holidays.. my mom and brother and son are comign to stay here for the week of christmas and me and brent have to go out of town next week for a work party thing.. they are putting us up in a hotel in ciny to go have dinner with the big wigs! oh joy!

so i have been a lil stressed and not on the pc as much here lately...

we have christmas party to go to tonight with the church and i'm excited.. its always fun when we do the gifts... i always get a big laugh.. its at the golden corral.. which ****s because im on a diet i have been on it a week and i have lost 10lbs and this is all you can eat.. and i'm scared i'll break.. so wish me strength guys!

i agree with my hubby we would do it and not cheat for 6 weeks.. so i have gotten thru week one without cheating and lost 10lbs.. i just eat under 2000 cal.s a day

What an awful accident. What a shame that it ended so badly.
Glad you and your family are OK, well except for the cold you're starting.
Just remember portion size and hang in there. Congrats on losing the weight thus far. i could use some of your determination.

that is good, my mom is all about being healthy and fit, we barely eat fast food we don't have health food we just eat in moderation
