WDW 2008 Pin Tradng Event

Can anyone tell me if Disney has locked down dates for this years 2008 Pin Trading Event in WDW? I know its a little early but I always try and plan ahead for these types of events.

Also, has anyone been to this type of event before? If so can you give me some insight as to what happens.

All I found is this: Expedition: PINS. This is the only event I can find. Look around the site to see if you can find more.
