Has it ever occured to you that this may be why a large majority of the hairs coming out of your scalp are gray?

It crossed my mind a few times but I really am not reading now and I had to turn it off of "Blazing Saddles" because three boys came in here to play on the other computer. So I'm only checking up on stuff here.


Or were you saying because I didn't get all that other work done, my hair is gray? Because I can live with gray hair. Doesn't bother me at all.

Tis the season to inhale chlorine.

I think someone needs to create me a swimmer smiley and another, worn out 'ole Mom that has inhaled way too much chlorine. Who is the keeper of the smiley faces?

Can't help you with the smileys but I guess I should be glad our Swim Season starts in October and can go into February? But practices are all school year long!

But I do need to take the kids to the pool. I think Sunday afternoon we will have to!

Mid August till Thanksgiving is High School.
January until the end of March is Winter Club
April and May Mini Spring Club (often skips)
And Summer is June and July, outdoors

Add in when my Son still swam and we had High School Thanksgiving till the end of February.

Did I ever mention that DS, DD and I are all allergic to Chlorine.

I swam from the time I could walk, probably before. DH can't swim a stroke so I knew my kids needed to fend for themselves. Put DS in swim team to build endurance and something to do during the summer, he loved it and the rest was history. DD followed in his foot steps with a shove from me. After a year or two they both became allergic to the chlorine as I did but it was too late, they were hooked.

One of the girls on the team is allergic to latex. Can you imagine that, in caps, suits, goggles. Everything for her needs to be special ordered.

On the subject of grey hair-I earned them, I earned every one of them, they are like wrinkles to me-a road map of my life, and I will embraced them right up until I have the money for a mini-lift and 5 hours to sit in the colorists chair. LOL

Well, our local Police Department solved our break-in. Yeah, them. It was two twenty something druggies who robbed a total of 15 businesses (including the Frist Baptist Church). That is just what they have confessed to.

The PD thinks there may be more, but still investigating. They have not recovered our stolen wheels yet, rats, and double rats. But we did get another set for the customer so he is happy.
