I don't think it is all global warming... It is also the earth going through it's natural cycle. We forget that it is a volatile planet!

Truer words were not yet spoken. Every reputable meteorologist has said this is part of the normal, 30-40 year natural correction cycle and that most of the hysteria is media and fringe driven.

I want the chicken soup and dumplings recipe. I tried a store bought dumpling and it was awful. like a pierogi with out the mashed potatoes, icky.

Rats are popping up in the cities out of the sewers, does that count? The little boogers are jumping in and out of the creeks and rivers. Ewe.

Soup is easy for me to forward to you. Dumpling, Grandma did not measure so she taught me with a pinch of this and handful of that. I have taught DD to do it the same way so recipe isn't lost. I can walk you through it.

It hit the spot with us all yesterday. DH was bailing to keep water at bay.
Dear Dog jumped up on kitchen table bench while soup was cooling after dinner. He had himself a nice meal. No left-overs.
