I couldn't believe that fool dog got up, took a seat at the table and began to feast. Time out he went, with head hanging low. Didn't think of a picture, I could have sent it to DS.

I'm going to take the dog for a walk soon. Croc's will be the footwear of the day. We have all ruined shoes navigating water. DH was the first one with brains to go to his flip flop Crocs. Bit nippy though, about 60 degrees.
Later I'm going to take a bike tour of our community. I posted a picture of my block on P & P. I need to survey the town and a bike will be easier than a car. Traffic is gridlocked. Today I'll bike to the local grocer too. The floods are going to cause me to exercise more.

Good Morning empty thread! It is only 70 degrees here, feels like an actual cold snap.

Our Governor came to visit yesterday (a fly by in a helicopter)
I am not a fan.
I spent much of yesterday photographing Hamlet. So much is still floating.
I could tell which people were fishermen, by the waders up to their chests.
Some is beginning to come down a bit.

Hi Jason,
Just recovering from all the water. It is simply nuts.

I know you aren't, but this place was when I posted this AM, there was a serious echo. I am using the PM feature today. I love stealth.
Glad the water is receding, but it is kinda scary what is left after it all goes away.

Jason must be busy after all the destruction and the continued presence of the "not so smart" people in this world. That has got to be frustrating, but they are everywhere.

I thought we had the lock on dumb people. What makes parents let children play in dirty water? Saw kids playing in the water at a park. They were about 10 feet from a retention pond that couldn't be identified under all that water. 2' to about 15'. The conversation I quickly had with that Mom made her look like she was watching a horror flick.
I see dumb people.

EWEWEWE! That is just wrong on too many levels. Nasty, I want a shower just thinking about it. Poor lady, bet she gave them a betadine bath.
