Geesh, I know my life has been in a bit of a tail spin the last few weeks but where in Gods Green Earth is everyone...I need some comic relief!

Oaky, I will try. Here is a great one, our handyman who is remodeling the dining/living since the end of October is constantly telling us how broke he is. I get that, 1 full time job and a few remodels going on the side, plus his wife and daughter on full disability, okay whatever. He takes 2.5 weeks off at Christmas. So, after promising me that this stupid remodel will be done by THanksgiving- guess what, halfway thru and still not done, that should crack everybody up. I am so glad we haven't paid him yet.

Scraping off a popcorn ceiling makes a tremendous mess, which apparently the men cannot see. Both of them just walked thru it-on my hardwood floors-YIKES.

I cannot mention here some of the ridiculous things people are expecting after the 20th, including having mortgages paid in full, credit cards paid off and FREE gas. Wow, where do I sign up?

My daughter thinks that under our tall table is the best fort in the world for movie watching on the portable DVD player. If I have to hear Horton Hears again-I may snap of start speaking in who.

Go Utes!!!!! All I can say is if there are any Utah fans on here-your team rocks the world right now, way to give an attitude check to the overblown tide. (My BIL is a former tide player-WOW at the arrogance) they needed that so badly.

It has been above 65 for days on end and today was nearly 80 degrees. I think storms may happen tonight so it may be cooling off.

I would like for anyone to tell me when using "UH" a hundred times in a speech by an allegedly intelligent public official became acceptable. I watched a couple of really well known females give an "UH" laden speech and fired off several emails-LEARN TO SPEAK FLUIDLY AND WITHOUT UH. Please
