The Big Texan Steak Ranch near Amarillo is the home of the 72 ounce challenge.

In the Food Network show, they had a 2 pound Filet Mignon on the grill-that would be mine, all mine and I would eat every bite. I should not have watched the guide to grilled meats yesterday, I just want to binge on grilled and smoked beef now. Preferably with french fries, bbq sauce and texas toast, garlicky texas toast. I see a grill weekend coming up.

Did you get pictures of that place, or autographs from the chef? I am not going to be jealous that you have been there, I will just be awed. Wow, you have been to steak paradise, you win for coolest restaurant experience ever.

I adore fresh corn, it is a staple here in the midwest. I'd get hungry looking at 500 ways to cook the stuff. And yes, now I know you better.

Yep, that would be me. But it wouldn't stop me for a good fillet and corn on the cob with a side of baked potato with sour cream.

I call Hawaii home-that is where my heart sings the loudest and my soul is most at peace, a great place to see the wonder and majesty of God, the creator. (sorry everyone, place makes you think thoughts)

We would order two and savor every single bite of perfect, grass fed, Texas beef cooked over a red oak/ mesquite combination. Then find a chocolate dessert and a terrific cup od coffee, that would be close to as good as it gets.

I lived in Waukegan, Illinois. My dad was stationed at the Marine Corps Reserve Center there. We lived there for 18 months, and then moved back to California which is where I was born-Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base.

I am about to get a shower and get in bed. Our long busy weekend is catching up and I would love to get 8 hours of sleep in one night.

So do you think they'll have one that large at Mousefest? We could have a DWT face off at Le Cellier!
