Ahhhh.. That makes more sense. My mom said she was not going to pay the filing fee, so if at any point of their seperation my Dad wanted a Divorce he had to pay for the whole thing and file it. It took from the time I was 5 yrs old til I was 24.

i paid 1/2 the fee... and completed all the forms. all he had to do was drive to the county clerks office and drop the papers off.. and pay the other 1/2....

i guess he got lost on the way there.
