Tuesday November 4th
On Tuesday as American citizens we get to exercise one of the greatest rights we have. We get to elect our next leader. Now don't worry I'm not going to tell you who you should vote for and I don't want this getting into a political discussion. But think about where you vote. Look at the people standing in line with you. They came from all races, backgrounds and social strata. Each has a story to tell. Each loves their country. I'm always proud to be an American, but on Tuesday I'll be especially proud.

Here's some political trivia for you.
Mickey Mouse is registered to vote here in FL, proving once and for all that although corporate HQ may be in Anaheim, Florida is "home". (Although Mickey is registered in Brevard, not Orange county. Apparently he's a commuter.)
Exercise your right to vote!

I'll let you know how excited I am to exercise my right to vote after I find out how long I have to wait in line to vote. I don't ever recall having a long wait while living in MD, but FL seems to have a history of long lines. I've waited 90 minutes for Toy Story Mania. I hope I don't have to break that record.
I Voted. I can gripe about it all when it's over.
i wonder shall I take my crew with me, they'll enjoy waiting for hours
April 23rd, oh yeah it's gonna be ON!
Just voted myself
I'm about as All-American as they come!
Must get a new trip on the books! I'm dyin' here!
Got up early and voted. I was first there, but an older gentlemen started the line before me. So, it made me second in line. I didn't mind letting him go first. The line to vote became very long for 6am in the morning. This conveyed to me that people wanted to exercise their right to vote and let the government know that "John Q public" is still out there and still carrys a strong voice. The atmosphere in line was very pleasant. People conversed about various things. It was nice to see the fellowship of people being friendly towards each other.

Did you vote for yourself? I'd write you in Natalie. I like your campaign...no ads.

I had a crazy dream just before I woke this morning. I got to the polls, but they decided I couldn't vote. They really didn't know WHY I couldn't vote. It had something to do with the fact that I'd never voted in Fl before. ??? The guy spent a huge amount of time trying to find a way for me to be allowed to vote. The lines tripled as he searched. Crazy! (and I woke up before I was allowed to vote)
