    2008 A Year to Remember

    In 08 we had ups and downs, triumphs and losses. I hope all in all your year has been a blessed one and happy one. Let's take the time to say good bye to 08 and hello to 09. If you would like you all can post some of your memorable moments in 08! I'll start off...


    My most memorable moment in 08 was that I got to go to all 4 parks on Mickey's Birthday (Nov. 18th) and got my picture taken with Mickey and Minnie, Daisey Duck (finally after 6 trips) and Goofy all in the same day! And I got to meet a Disney Friend in the MK!! Thanks V!

    This has been the year of Disney for me. I was there to cheer on marathon runners in January, ran my first race in May during Minnie marathon weekend, avoided the Yeti in September and spent a week with the family enjoying the holiday decorations in December. And I can't forget Mousefest.

    But most imporantly the best thing of 2008 was spending time with my friends that I will cherish forever.

    And 2009 is going to start off great--a week from now I'll be on a plane to WDW!!

    Non-Disney memorable moment was being accepted to my dream college.

    I got to go to Disney World finally! Last time I was there was 10 years ago.
    Also this year.. yesterday actually.. I'm legally an adult now, I turned 18!

    -Got to intern with a NBA team
    -Graduated college
    -Got to meet some more great friends for the first time
    -Became engaged to the most wonderful man
    -My first MouseFest
    -Took Chauncey on his first trip to WDW

    It's been a great year and 2009 looks to be even better!
