ok guys.. i have rodearound today with the top down on my lil red mustang.. and its been a high of 78 and sunny.. i went an did a lil shopping.. looked at what halloween stuff they have out.. smelled some candles with the fall spice scents had lunch with the hubby and a good friend

im feeling fallish.. i feel the need to put my fall stuff out

Chris so glad you got to visit. Gifts are always nice anytime of year & that was a very nice one! I have a manual one you put together & sit the bird in & put it in the oven. Yep messy but very tasty think I should get me one of yours.

Thanks, It was really nice to see my dad and since my aunt makes one of my favorite foods in here, I am thrilled that she thought of me. When I called to thank her, she said she just "wanted to give me a treat". Sometimes, people can be really nice.

He obviously knew. I am a known entity in Hamlet. Glad I was out of town.

My DS is like that. He quiet when he comes in at dawn but if he has to be up for work, EVERYONE is up.

My son just called. Rarely a good thing. My niece a few months older than my son is getting married in exactly a month. My son is standing up.

She calls him at school and says she needs him to go to get a fitting for a tux asap. Don't know if she contacted him before or if it is a new development but one thing I know is there isn't a tux place in farm country.

Is this a surprise wedding? If so, is there a reason it is such a quickie one? Your family normally doesn't just spring stuff like that, well, not based on what we know on here.

Our local diner resturant has this on Fridays. Salad or Soup, Fish, fries, cole slaw $6.50. I can't eat much of the breading so I start scooping out the fish.

I love fish. I should not be stuck in the plain states.

I guess I shouldn't mention the very fresh Gulf Mahimahi I had this week.

Thanks, we mostly are. I have never seen a more encouraging and supportive group, like I posted above if it is good news they are really happy FOR you and if it is bad news they try to lessen the blows.

I never change my interior decor, and I only decorate for Christmas. DD, however, Changes everything I will let her change for every holiday, season, etc.

I like the transition into fall, the cooler mornings and the smell of fields being burned off to get fall planting done. The way the sky looks in fall blue and the nifty was sunset feels more watery and less blazing. Love all of that.
