I joined D23 in October, only got 2 magazines, and today, not even 4 months later I have to pay $85 again?? I thought it was a yearly membership! Anyone know what's up? I wasn't going to renew until it included my entire family, but it looks like Disney just auto billed me thru the online Disney store.
They auto-billed you? I have never heard of that before. I've noticed that you pretty much have to be self aware of when you need to renew by taking when you last purchased your subscription and by posting attention to your membership card expiration date.
I've never received any sort of reminder to renew from D23.
I received a ton of mail and emails to two different ones as reminders to renew my membership. It seems like they are extremely sporadic though. I tried to change the delivery address for the magazine and it was not easy. It took having to send a personal email with your account information to them, and then keeping your fingers crossed. It is definitely not a user friendly system.

You guys really got renewal information? My current membership card has been expired for about four months but I'm still receiving magazines. I love D23, but come on. When I called the WDW resort last october with questions about Sip & Stroll, they had never heard of the event nor D23 in general. Very frustrating system.
