disney movie rewards ticket redemption

i went an seen toy story 3 and sent in a pic with my tickets in it.. and still have yet to get my points awarded to me.. i think this new send a pic to show proof of purchase is worse then when we just mailed them in..

im not happy because im waitin for the points so i can get a movie they have

Hmmm I got my points from toy story 3. I submitted them on July 9th and I don't know how long it took, but they were accepted when I just looked so at LEAST by today. I haven't looked at all since I submitted them.

I know mine took a while to show up (3-4 weeks). I was asked to do a pop up survey and one of the comments I put is that the redemption process was a little on the slow side. I thought the new method of taking a picture of the tickets with Disney's code would help expedite the process, but it didn't seem to. I'm hoping that someone notices the comment I left in the survey, so that things can be a little more streamlined!

i agree.. when i seen the pic thing i thought it would mean faster time on clearing the rewards.. well i just went and seen sorc.appt. last night and took a pic and sent those tickets in... so hopefully they will hurry up and be cleared

i wrote them and said something because when you send the pic.. it says your points will be rewarded in 7 days?????? did they mean 7 weeks....lol

finally!!! i entered my toy story 3 point on 6/27.. and after 2 emails.. they have now be added today 7/20.. almost a month later..lol well lets see if my sorc appt points go on in 7 days like they say they do
