HELP - Disney Themed Shower Favors

I have been racking my brain and am at a loss so I figured the best place to come for help would be my fellow disney geeks.

I have volunteered to provide the favors for a friends shower in October. The details are: it is disney themed, their bedroom is orange and green, their favorite character is Stich and they are having a boy

The guest invite lists topped out at 50 people so that would be the most I would have to get. I am trying to keep it inexpensive and if I have to "make" something I will.

I have been trying to think of something different for the favors, they are into pin trading as well so I considered custom lanyards (minimum order was 100) and some sort of disney pins.

I am open to any and all suggestions. Please and Thank You.

but as far as the candy bar idea goes that is a good idea, I've been to many showers that have those, I guess you could look online as to where to get them or maybe ask a local party store. The M&M's site always has alot of customized stuff, I know I did baby Minnie on some for a shower. We also did a customized CD which everyone loved, we bought a lullaby CD and burned (alot) of them and then printed labels, there was a kit I think we got at Staples or somewhere like that. Our label was baby Minnie but we did that with clipart. You could get a lilo and stitch CD or anything, it makes a good gift and people actually use them. BTW, I'm making it sound alot more complicated then it is, it's really not that hard and it didn't cost that much.

Maybe there is some sort of baby Stitch character? I know the Disney outlet shops often have some nice clearance merchandise, so if you're going to go with official licensed stuff, you may do well to start there.

I know this is not a shower favor, but my husband and I were thrown a Disney-themed wedding shower and one neat thing that they did was make "hidden" Mickey's out of pictures of us. They used it as a game and you had to find as many as you could. I was freaked to find my face taped to the underneath of the toilet lid. However, it was hysterical to see where we were found.
