I have no random thoughts of the "other" park. I have never been there. If it's coasters you want, Cedar Point has them. I can go to Cedar Point for the day for $100 or so. Why waste a day of my Disney vacation when I have coasters in my backyard? I go to Disney for Disney.

Hmmmmmmm, never been to Cedar Point, too far from me (though it would be half as long as a Disney trip) for just roller coasters.

I LOVED Cedar Point.. Lots of coatsers.. And being able to walk from the hotel room to the enterance gates was NICE..

With travelling all the way over from the Uk, we will spend a day at each of the other parks: USF, IoA, SeaWorld, Wet 'n' Wild and Busch Gardens!! The remaining time is spent at WDW!!
It is slightly difficult for us as I like going on the roller coasters where as Ann doesn't!!

Update on Cedar Point:
got to go for Fall Break back in October, loved it, but only one day, too cold because it was right on the beach, couldn't have stood any longer than one day, not too much to do, but the coasters were excellent.

same here i love that ride - would knock people over to get on it

I like the spidey ride as well.
But for all around atmosphere for me, Disney wins hands down. I am thinking about taking the kids to Universal for a day or so next year, just don't tell Mickey.
