That's what we had. Used a can of cream of chicken soup with the rice, threw in the chicken breasts and cooked for 30 mins. Add cheese to melt at the end.

Being a state employee they are talking about moving all of us out into regions (after they just redid the office for us) and having us become the jack of everything in education rather than letting us do what we specialize in. It's nuts. I could be looking at a 75 mile commute to do things I am not qualified to do... doesn't help anyone.

How's the 5K training going?

Took a day off. Can't do every day. Today I just did the eliptical for 30 minutes and weights for 30 minutes. Here's hoping I can walk tomorrow to to get on the treadmill to run.

Definatley ready to go on another cruise...just not during the winter months. I was looking at the itineraries and I would like to go on one of the western carribean cruises. Maybe in a few years

My kids are bugging the heck out of me to do a cruise on the Dream because they keep seeing commercials for it when we go the movies (about the only place we see commercials since we FF thru them at home). Someday....

I've put the thought in mom and dad's brain last night to pick a date for our next cruise - hopefully it will be later this year but we'll see
