is that different from the "18 month" I'm familiar with? Like, is that how long they'll leave celebration decorations up?

Here is from the CM..... The HCOE kicked off on May 5, 2005 and is an 18 month Celebration. Decorations started going up about two months prior to the celebration kick off and will probably be up until two months after. The main BIG events were during the week of May 5th and from now thru the end everything should be running normally (shows, parades, fireworks and such). Hope thsis helps, and to all the best.

I recently found out I'm going to Disneyland for one day in a little over a week! I'm soooooo excited!!! I've never been & can't wait to see "the original"!
I'm hoping the celebration will be nice there too since DL is the reason they're celebrating!
