I alwasy heard Raleigh-Durham NC was the best science-tech place. Don't have any contacts there, all of mine are in think tanks and high level government offices. Sorry.
Hey, I am graduating with my Ph.D. in biochemistry in the next few weeks and moving to the Washington DC metro area. Just wondering if anyone else in the sciences and living/working in the DC would be willing to share any advice, suggestions, or contacts to help out in my job hunt? Thought I would ask since it seems like the Disney family is everywhere :-)

P.U.S.H.-A mantra MOST will not understand.
Disney rocks, Walt was a genius.
Can't tell you much about DC, but want to congratulate you on your Ph. D.
I'm in the DC area, but I don't have any contacts in the biochemistry field. Are you interested in Govt. sector jobs, or private industry? For Govt, there are many opportunities I'm sure.
