I do love Mexico but couldn't pick it because it kind of lacks for outside atmosphere IMO.

I am going in January and my lady and I were basically drooling over descriptions of margaritas at the Cave. It's going to be a tough choice when I get there!

This is an extremely tough call for me. The ones that are up on my list are Norway, American Adventure, Japan and Canada. If I really had to choose one...

Probably American Adventure. Very simple and quaint...but that's just the way I like it. I'm also very patriotic . So maybe a bit of a biased pick, but it is what it is. I like the American Gardens Theater, and just walking into the American Adventure building and hearing the Voices of Liberty is just so epic. Also, that whole lobby area is so amazing, I can spend all day in it. Honorable mentions go to Norway, Japan, and Canada.

Very good point NJboy. Probably best themed show building by far. I wish there was a sit down restaurant though.

UK for me - but I am biased!

I love the Rose & Crown - always nice to have a pint of Boddingtons!

Food wise though, that goes to Le Cellier in Canada!

Trickster, very tough for me to choose. I am from New York and yet, The Rose and Crown is my favorite bar in the whole world. A Stella or Guiness with some fish and chips while standing at the bar. Nothing better.

LOL, how did I know this?.

I like France-I could spend the entire day in the perfume store, I LOVE perfumes and the atmosphere and the appearances of Belle and Beast-hands down for me.

For food-Canada because Le Cellier is so yummy. I have never eaten at Rose and Crown but that would be second for food, cause it is what my maternal gran used to cook for us.

For straight atmosphere, environs, entertainment, showmanship and overall fabulousness-Japan.

Disney rocks, Walt was a genius.

The entire atmosphere of that pavilion is great. I love walking in there on a hot summer day and staying so long that you forget when you leave that you were not, in fact, experiencing a cool spring night in a quaint Mexican village below a ancient pyramid.

Disney imagineers are the masters at doing the outdoors, indoors. The design of the San Angel Inn is one of the most romantic places I've every been, especially if you get a spot next to the water. The new addition of La Cava del Tequila is awesome. The also knocked it our of the park with the Hacienda outside as well. I couldn't agree with you more.
