Our local news makes it seem as if even our quiet little southern town has lost it's natural mind.
So much mayhem.

We had lots of wind, and buckets of rain this morning. It woke me up.

Zip line, rock climbing, water trampoline, swimming, archery, canoeing, church services, meals, cantina privileges, huge amounts of other stuff. Home will seem so boring.

Oh man.. Can I go to her camp?? It sounds like so much fun


Yesterday at the zoo there was a camp there and I was talking one of consolers and they did stuff like that and the also had trips to like NYC and stuff... I told him I wish I went there... plus the consolers where pretty fine lookijg

Just remember ALL of this, take a lot of photos and write down the funny moments and enjoy the entire process, cause the day itself goes by really fast and kind of blury. So have your friends take photos, and write their memories/moments down and keep all of that information for the future.

This is the fun part.

Get to play with my new camera tomorrow. It's my Dad's birthday (actually it was on the 28th), so we are going to his place for dinner, and possibly the train museum earlier in the day. That's mainly for my little brother. I should get plenty of photo opportunities!

Thanks, it is not mine, just the advice a friend gave her daughter. She gave her a pretty journal and told her to let her friends write in special memories at fittings, or tastings, or just get togethers-related to the bride, groom or both, the fun and horrible moments.

She said the wedding is beautiful and short lived, but having your friends perceptions and recollections lasts beyond it all and means more than the nicest gift you are given.

I thought that was beautiful and a great way to preserve the entire experience.

I'll be putting together a wedding scrapbook, after we get married. As well as a honeymoon one.

She did. She loved camp and the teaching was really good. But she was ready to come home and sleep in her own bed, eat "normal" food and see her cat-who IS curled up in her bed with her.

I am guessing the food was bad??

I am spoiled... all the camps and retreats I have been on has had good food.

Its been busy (in the good way). Today my best friend came over and I looked at pictures from her England trip and then we hung out for the afternoon. Then my mom, her best friend, the best friend's daughter and I went out to dinner tonight. Now I am suppose to be packing for this weekend.. I am going camping with my step family. We are leaving tomorrow sometime and I have nothing packed. Then I am getting home sunday around 7 and I am going to my friends house at 8... Its going to be a great weekend.
