Sorry, reality is a kick in the teeth.

Hope your weather was better than ours was for the past week.

Aside from a 3 hour thunderstorm on July 4th (over before 1PM), it was hot, clear, sunny and fabulous.

It has had a lot of hiccups for days now. Sign on type reply, kicked off sight.

Great. I wondered why I couldn't log in on Sunday night. Guess that answers that.

Ugh. DD is taking a night math class over the summer.

Tonight before class, she was sitting in a hall with about 20 couch benches, she said she was the only one occupying them when a 40 something came and sat right next to her, sat sideways and stared into my DD face at a way to uncomfortable closeness. The 40 something was a woman. DD went and stood outside her classroom door but kept an eye out as the creepity woman started toward DD turned and went and sat with a young girl sitting at a table by herself. What the ........! DD had me walk her to her car at 10pm via phone. It is one of 2 classes that goes until 10pm on campus. Ugh.

Oh, that is super creepy. Predatory even. If she does it again, have your DD get a cell pic of the hag, and call campus security. Predators are vile.

We had a great time at the beach, saw and swam with sting rays, baby sharks, fishes, hermit crabs and such.

The sting rays were too funny. They were jumping out of the water, and "skipping" along the waves, then riding along the top of the swells. We did keep our distance, but they were so fun to watch.

Sounds like a lot of fun to watch. Glad it was a nice trip.

A place called Black Pine Animal Sanctuary. It's near my family's lake, about 30 minutes east of Shipshewana if you are familiar with where that is. Still have an interview this Sunday with Fort Wayne Zoo, and a few other places that I applied haven't started their interview windows yet, so we will see if I hear from anywhere else. Happy right now that I have for sure secured something!

She was smart though- I always get my cell phone out to talk if I am walking alone in the dark and feeling paranoid.

She is at an area college taking a math class she doesn't want to take at her University. With all the problems they had at her school during her 1st year the Sheriff here got her multiple pepper sprays to take to school with her,one for her room, shower caddy, book bag and her ID lanyard. Now if she is going to have issues at this college too she may have to stick that lanyard in her bag. Sheriff friend wanted to buy her a tazer however her University banned them on the campus.

An Egyptian couple has been charged with putting their child at risk and attempted smuggling after security officers at an airport in the United Arab Emirates found their 5-month-old boy hidden in a small handbag.

Police said the baby was discovered by an X-ray screening at Sharjah International Airport as the couple was traveling through the airport.

I was reading a blog for this week at WDW. They are saying the Stitch FP's have been removed. No surprise. Yet the line for Stitch is longer that both the FP and Stand-by lines combined for Dumbo. Now that suprises me.

OMG my dad just got off the PC and we are thinking about going to WDW in novmbr. that would be are 9th. time to WDW.
