Last night they were predicting some possible snow in far north Texas in the next coupla' days. Not sure where that stands right now.

Children who play outside are less likely to become nearsighted. Increasing an hour a day outside lessens the chance by 2%.

Children playing indoors, watching TV, video games and computer socializing is making children far more nearsighted than ever before.

Duh! I wore mine out swimming laps in the pool their entire childhood. lol

Have half the day off today. Due at the kiosk at 2:30.

Funny how, these days, I consider an 8 hr. shift (wether it's a late one or an early one) half a day off! :dizzy:
Way back when ALL my "shifts" used to be only 8 hrs....! :faint: :lol:
