I really do love christmas but the cost of it has added too much stress with the kids education ahhhh. I miss christmas at Disney. It also got me aeay fr cold chicago winters for a bit.

I love Christmas. It has to be my favourite time of year. I love hearing Christmas Carols at the mall, seeing decorations, buying gifts, putting up my decorations. I love it all!!!

Pizza Scrolls

2 cups self raising flour
1 tablespoon caster sugar
30g butter
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried italian herb blend
100g sliced salami, cut into thin strips
1 medium green caspicum
2 cups pizza cheese

1. Preheat overn to 180C. Grease 19cm x 29cm slice pan.
2. Sift flour and sugar into a medium bowl; rub in butter. Stir in milk; ,mix into a soft, sticky dough. Knead dough lightly on floured surface; using rolling pin, roll dough out to 30cm x 40cm rectangle.
3. Spread tomato paste all over base, sprinkle with herbs;top with salami, capsicum then cheese.
4. Starting from one of the long sides, roll dough tightly; trim edges. Cut roll into 12 even slices; place slices, cut side up, in single layer, in pan. Bake for about 30 mins.

Me either, but he was rather responsible for a lot fo tourism so it makes sense.

Sounds yummy. Caspicum is a bell pepper here, caster sugar is table sugar. Oh, and from FB, tomato paste comes in cans here, so it is a cupboard item. More urban cities have tomato paste in a tube, which is a refrig item. LOL

Well, one doesn't expect to see a craving for a tuna sub very often, I hope it tastes as fabulous as it should.
