I've been making home made salsa and bruschetta. Round two of tomatoes coming in and these plants are producing ones the size of a softball. Once slice covers the entire, BLT bread. Slurp.

It happens because my generation is messed up in the head.. We have a crazy guy who shoots a movie theater, a 15 year old kid who randomly shoots a mentally challenged kid in the back during the first day at school (which was 20 minutes down the road from me), and now a 5 year old gets killed by teens..Feel bad for a family in Niagara Falls NY whose little 5yr girl was killed yesterday by 2 teens. I don't understand how this happens.
I can't even imagine what people my age are going to be like in 10/15 years.. The last generation that had a recession bigger than this (the great depression) went on to be called the greatest generation ever... I think generation y has potential be in that same conversation, we're going through a lot and have a lot of challenges in front of us. We can even step up or fall apart, I hope these events make us get our act together because the future really is in our hands...

Sadly every generation has their nutballs. Mine: Speck, Manson, Gacy, Dommer and the crazy lady in the daycare center, just to name a few. The only thing I can focus on is the vast majority of people have good souls.It happens because my generation is messed up in the head.. Ever notice that school administrators find themselves on National News repeatedly for making poor choices. Repeatedly. Before they decide to s t r e t c h the meaning of a board policy to the point of fiction you'd think they would use an ounce of the brain God gave them. Oy.
School asks deaf three year old preschooler to change his sign language name because it violates the school weapons policy.
It is a registered S.E.E. sign. Yep. And even though the school officials are looking very foolish and ignorant, the school district continues to hassle the family and 3 year old over his legal name in sign language, like that poor kids doesn't have enough to cope with already. Wonder where Casey is, bet she has a grand opinion.
Saw that one yesterday, about fell over at the sheer ignorance. It is a hand, and a name sign. Grief.
Too often, the admin makes a molehill out of a mountain and a mountain out of a molehill.
P.U.S.H.-A mantra MOST will not understand.
