i did not enjoy the Devonshire cream with scones. We tried that at an English Tea House here-not my thing. Give me a lightly sweetened whipped cream instead. And hold the jams, marmalades and jellies.

FYI-Smuckers Pineapple marmalade is excellent on buttered toast, or mixed with a little soy sauce and baked on chicken, grilled on pork chops.

That is my recipe tip for the day.

Such a great night last night. Started off with the band wining the pep assembly challenge. Then a Band Senior class run to the local dollar store to get pink sun glass for our half time show. Then a little more shopping with my best friend. Then it was time to walk across the field. It was so cool. The game was great and the halftime show perfect. Ended the night with the Flute section crying.

Slightly bored at work this morning, cause all of the work is shop area, not desk area. But let me say, I sincerely and totally loathe when people play their mega stereo systems at full blast, either in the parking lot or while trying to get information from me over the phone.

Blasting my eardrums really doesn't help me answer your question.

McKayla, does your schools football league have a rule about not playing while there is a play on the football field?

Our league does and the team last night kept ignoring that rul and playing right thru the game. So rude, I am writing their coach a letter of complaint. We won, but their rudeness last night, on the field and off, was completely unacceptable.

Ugh, I really hate some days at work.

I get asked some very weird questions. Such as-"can you beat the price I saw on the used wheels at the pawnshop?" or "why can't you sell me a tire off your car?" (well, what am I supposed to drive on?), "can you tell me what size tire I need so this shop can get them (this guy called from ohio)" geez, with the stupid already.

Seriously, I don't do tech support for shops across America, but one place in Ohio calls me about three times a week, wanting tech support on stuff that he shouldn't even be trying. Makes me laugh, but it still wastes my time.

Rich, I hope the Branson deal wins cause he is simply the coolest guy on earth.

Well, Steve is working 2 jobs and doing house design before/after that.

Gabe must still be dealing with a sick parent. That can be very trying and time consuming.

Sarah teaches and coaches so she has grading, coaching, games, church activities and a social life.

McKayla stays super busy with senior year stuff, cause the memories from Jr/Sr year get you thru tough times in college.

Brian-I don't know where he has been, but he works and has to oversee spammers all over the entire site.

Gae-teaches, doing her doctoral thesis, has kids at home, one at college and a lot of stuff to do with them.

Rich works many shifts and posts when he can, but at different times from us.

Sera-just back from honey moon, settling into a new house and new life as a wife. Plus, she is awake when we ar asleep. Aussie, aussie, aussie, oy,oy,oy.

Zuesy-just super busy with life and a lot of northerners are.

Minnietoo-super busy with all she posted above plus she manages two stores and helps keep up with Steve. LOL

So, this time of year is just super busy for everyone, but as it gets colder it will pick back up.

Well yes everyone is busy but all at he same time wich i guess as you said at this time of year it happens.

DD's first kids church pastors just moved from here to Manchester UK, to work thru RBTC/UK. They flew over Wednesday, located housing and have already attended some sessions. They are loving it so far. Tea central for a delicate lady who loves her daily tea times.

I thought she didn't like doys?
