I've been listening to the film score station on Pandora. It's interesting how certain directors and composers work together almost all the time; i.e. Danny Elfman does a lot of Tim Burton's movies, John Williams does a lot of George Lucas' films...

It is rather like a marriage, and they work well together and understand where the other is coming from, it works out better for the film that way. Certain pairings are so classic.

Busy as per usual.
I think I posted back there somewhere a few days ago that when I turned in that last project to the partner he gave me another, but then called shortly thereafter to tell me the client put it on hold.
One of the other partners has another one in queue, so if that one doesn't break from hold, I should have his to start next week. Plus, there all still the 3 that I've done floor plans for. One is in queue for a mix of the 2 floor plan iterations I did (one, big footage, the other extreme cuts) and the 2 others are in line for the elevation stage, so it'll be even busier, yet again.

That is great. At least it is work and more is coming, people are starting to feel hopeful in a lot of areas and that is affecting housing most. Glad you are getting the design work. Maybe you can drop the B. S. soonish.

Absolutely. We have been told there is an interested party, but he is wating til after the election to buy up the 4 he wants.

If it goes one way, we might be able to make a deal, if it goes the other way, that will be off the table.

Have noticed this twice here today, so far. I see it all the time and just felt the need to post about it.
Two different elderly couples walking with each other. One, he obviously had issues, of what I know not, and she was so patient and kind and loving to him. Another couple, it was she that needed assistance from her loving hubby.
So heartwarming.
