I have Patellofemoral syndrome, its when your kneecap gets pulled by your joints and makes it too close to your knee and your knee turns inward cause i have very flat feet

Yeah but I am afraid I am going to have a really bad group and they are not going to listen and stuff.

On top my anxiety attacks have been acting up this week so its making it worse but at least I know I will forget about all the when I get there

What I have learned is not to obsessive about things that I have no control over. After you've done what you can, just put on back shelve of your brain.
