Hi Hope you all have a great week!
I found the prelude to the actual inauguration to be like a red carpet event. Looking at the costuming of the ladies, hair styles. Interesting comments from the media about the First Ladies Bangs, the change of looks of the daughters was better than the political blah, blah, blah.
The men won hands down. All looked classic. Some of the women did fine, others need to be entered for an episode of What Not To Wear. Even with Hillary's knock to her noggin could they not find a hair stylest to visit her home or at least touch up the grown out roots? And don't get me started on the female Supreme Court Justices, do they not look in the mirror?
Just because you have a successful career doesn't mean you let yourself look like a frump. Look at the Queen Mum, she still is active in mind and body. Odder though is the President opted to have 2 media events since he choose to have 2 swearing in ceremonies. Guess guys crave attention too. Nice Coat. Giggle.

They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.

Gabe saidhe didn't choose to per se, the Constitution requires the oath of office to be done on January 20. If it falls on a Sunday it is usually done in a small ceremony, with the "grand" event the next day....since he choose(sic) to have 2 swearing in ceremonies.

I have no interest in seeing an inaugural address.
I think my kids have hidden the remote.
I really like to listen to the music of Illuminations.
We watched Illuminations from the little landing below the outdoor dining area beside the fish and chip place in UK when we were there last month. The wind was blowing in our direction and my son has a piece of one of the shells that fell right next to us as a souvenir. Kinda cool.
Illuminations is the only thing I live to see when we visit The World. And we saw it twice, with the holiday tag, this past trip!![]()

I think I like it from between Mexico and the entrance or from Japan.
