Universals CM's have come a long way. They are very helpful now. Shows you what some training and expectations brings. Now that Universal is adding family friendly rides, especially at Islands they are finally coming together as a franchise to be respected. I believe the competition will force Disney to get back to the 90's way of doing business.UCF is an awesome school for hospitality, considering where they are located. And if you cant get it all from Disney, you can look into SeaWorld or Universal.
I know it sounds like heresy...... but one year at Universal made me a stronger CM. You can see different practices too, so it would be good for you to see how every place does it, not just disney

I always wanted to learn the pipes. One of our FireFighters at our Department is part of the FD Bagipers for funerals, they come from all departments in N. IL. When I walk the Pup on the River I hear him practicing outside the FireHouse.

We are Black Irish and hail from Western Ireland.Speaking of which.....Disney should have put in an Ireland in the World Showcase......instead of making it part of the UK...... If they want authenticity, then they can have a North Ireland as part of the UK and then the real Ireland as its own entity.

Very over qualified. They know you will take a hike as soon as a job in your field opens up.I read an article last week about how the most common profession for women is still secretary/administrative jobs. That might be the case but this lady can't even get one of the those types of jobs

Have you noticed that they have been extending some of the park hours during the day. I always wondered how guests would know they extended the hours when they were already in the parks when the decision is made.

Soooo...... slept a little and had a nightmare.....of the PTSD variety. So i try something that my therapist thought up.......collide with it. I found a video of an ied hit followed by an ambush that left me in tears.....didnt help. So much for their fancy psychology degrees huh.

I sometimes believe they do more harm than good, especially if they have never lived what you have lived.
I'm Catholic, I always get a kick out of Priests that offer marriage advice or tell you how to raise children.
