Got a LOT of my catching up on the inventory done. Still have a fair bit, but two hours of quiet would go a long way to finishing it up and being fully caught up, since DH will not learn how to input.

I read something that said to sprinkle cayenne pepper on the plants. Keeps the squirrels away. Might work with cats. Not supposed to hurt the plants.

First day back- my feet are killing me and I am exhausted. I actually slept for 4.5 hours last night- in a row!

You are correct. It does work. I use it to keep critters from digging up my plants in the spring and out of my planters. Also red pepper flakes. I buy both in bulk containers at Sam's Club.
