So the other day I was passing out candy in my sister's neighborhood. I saw Captain America at one point, Thor another time and Iron Man a time after that. But I did not see the Avengers together. I think next Halloween that might be happening with the movie coming out.

They're savoury. Kinda like a pizza...but in a spiral shape. Made from dough. Cooked of course! These particular ones have tomato paste, salami, green capsicum (bell pepper), Italian herbs and pizza cheese. When I have a proper look for my camera cable tomorrow, I'll upload a photo of the ones I made.

Sunny and supposed to get up to 82 here today.
Some people are like Slinkies.
They aren't really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.
Friends are Gods way of apologizing to us for our families.

I was down 17 more pounds from the last time I saw my doc when I saw her last month. I think I'm down about another 5 since then. I tend not to weigh myself very often 'cause it seems to lead to a lot of disappointment for those that do it every day-ish. I can usually tell by the fit of my clothes over time. Patience is definitely a virtue in this case!
