Hey all,
not having a good day. woke up this morning and i couldnt move my left hand for about an hour. fingers stiff wrist hurt like H***, and my right hand ring finger is swollen and still cant move it all the way down to my palm. so i ****ed it up and went to doc..couldnt get in to see my doc til friday so went to today care. waited an hour for doc to be in room like 3 min and say she thinks its carpel tunnul. no xrays done or anything. she gave me a script for ibprofin and wants me to get some "air splints" to put on my wrists to help with the pain. she said follow up on fri with my doc and see what he says.
everything hurt so bad this morning and i felt so miserable about that and just a lot of stuff im dealin with in general so i spent about 2 hours crying on and off. still wanna cry more but getting tired.
i was scared when i got on the scale, i was thinking a worse number would pop up. wasnt too bad, but i gained back the 10 lbs i had lost the past few months. so definatly getting back in the gym and drinking more water. still have a long way to go!
dar...how has weight watchers been? thinking of trying them out?
in other news kays dad picking her up this afternoon so at least i get to relax some. my mom and i are gonna run to the store and check out these splints i guess. im told my insurance wont cover them, so i hope they not too expensive.
