Cayucos, a 10-week-old southern sea otter, on Jan. 5, the day she arrived at the Shedd Aquarium. (Shedd Aquarium) She was abandoned by her Mom. Shedd is one of few aquariums that has a pup pool for otters so now she will live here.

I was merely proving the point, that clean means clean. DH backed me up, he went out, looked around told them to try again. Then we explained why.

When our building, high on a hill, flooded because the city drains were clogged up, everything that was on the floors went flooding into the road, which can be dangerous. So, this time of year we try to make certain that anything not bolted in place has to be racked, shelved, hung and up away from a potential flood.

Also, we are coming into tax season, which is usually busy and I have been telling them to clean it up for weeks, they have half done it. Today was just the end of my patience and kindness. Today, I wanted it done, my way, period.

So, DH backed me up and there are a few things to hang up on bike clips, but mostly, we are ready for a flood and ready for customers because every tool is in it's place, and all of the equipment is serviced and everything has been sorted.

LOL, the old guy grimped and fussed, but he did what he was told.
I clean all the time scrubbed the tub today & laundry!

This is very important, as these bubbles are necessary to allow for the formation of small pockets of carbon dioxide as the dough is rising. The carbon dioxide is created by the interaction of the yeast with the other ingredients in the recipe. By filling the small air pockets in the structure of the dough, the bread has a chance to rise and become supple enough to result in a loaf of bread that is light, flavorful, and airy.

When deciding to knead bread dough, it is important to remember that the process needs to take place for at least eight to ten minutes. Typically, this is enough time to create the appearance and texture that is specified by the recipe. Of course, the best gauge is the recipe itself. If the dough does not quite seem to have the appearance suggested by the recipe, then try kneading for a few more minutes. Generally, people tend to knead bread dough for too short a period of time, which can mean the yeast does not interact with the mixture as it should, the bread will not rise properly.

One by-product of choosing to knead bread dough is that the activity is really fine exercise. Bakers have a chance to work their upper body muscles, and gain some mental satisfaction from the process as well. While neither of these two perks of kneading dough have any bearing on the flavor or texture of the bread, they often are quite beneficial to the temperament of the baker. "

Yes- I know nothing apparently- like you need to knead dough!!!!!
