I actually like Simon. At least he is honest and bluntly tells screechers to find a new hobby and quit torturing their friends and relatives. He just can't find a team with the mojo that idol had.

And I love Steven on Idol, but JLo makes me gag-so fake.

And yes, it is super expensive. But I always hope she does exacetly what she wants. I think I am idealistic, I always want young people to live that dream, before they settle.
I just watched how much my kids changed their minds about what they want to do from elementary school and through college. Heck I don't know what I want to do when I grow up.

I get the whining when it comes to medical care. In the long run they will all need it. While some of them make real good money, many don't. I'd rather the NFL take care of them then they go on medicare at an early age and WE continue to pick up the bill.
Well, I could think of WAY worse ways for it to end than Olive Garden, anyway...!

I could go on, believe me, but I think it most prudent to just leave it at that for now.

I would LOVE to know how I missed th finale of Celeb Chef, all my Food Network has had all week is reruns, and Sunday and Monday it was repeats of the next to last episode. Hmmm.

the finale is on now, in repeat. I think Coolio is going to win. Odd since he mixes the weirdest things. BBQ sauce with cherries and soy. Odd.

Thanks, it is balance and trying to move more every day. And I figured out that earlier in the day is better, after work is harder due to sitting with DD for homework and supper. But with warm weather, i might buy a bike and go ride the neighborhood. Kmart usually has a sale in the spring.

Everyone copes with misfortunes in their own way. The only way I've seen change happen on so many levels is people standing up and fighting for what they want to change. Some might consider them whiners other not. I saw so much change because of whiners in education through the years because parents whined for the rights of their child that were special ed. Laws changed because of whiners and many children advanced where they would not have before. Others roll with the punches and change nothing. I give a lot of credit to those who whine and leave there mark for those who follow. When I was born, insurance did not cover anything for a child being born, pre birth, hospital or any after care. People whined and pushed for health care for babies and their mothers, Im glad they whined.

I'm sure the screechers are there for EXACTLY that reason in the first place. Entertainment purposes. In real reality we all know they woulda' never made it that far.
