This weather here is horrible. I have not seen the sun for no more the an hour today. It is making me depressed and sleepy.

I am using my moms laptop till my new charger comes in. Its a gateway fx... 17 inch screen. It is soooo big.

Hello dinner went great yesterday! But I lost my smell & taste. So had the food again today it was great. Just took Benadryl so night as my ear is getting worse.

Yep, my Dell is big like that too. Helps with the eyes as they age.

Pain in the tooshie to travel with though, doesn't fit into my backpack correctly.

I do not like it. It is way to hard to carry and I cant get comfy with it while in my chair. I cant wait to get my charger back

And of course the Disney Parks.

Now as for paying for the tickets, boy I don't know. I have no idea of what to say. How many hours she gets a week at school, what she is paid an hour, what else she is expected to pay for out of those school earnings. My kids couldn't with their low wages and the few hours they get per week but other Universities in other states could pay much better. $600 for a car, ouch!

She gets more money from working than I ever did. She won't have pay for much food. Meals are paid at school. I give money for gas. So asking her today for ticket admission isn't cruel or unreasonable. Just trying to balance between what we want to do and what mom will want to do.

Coworker comes to me and asks "What Disney parks are good for my kids' ages?" (she has a 3 year old and 5 year old I think). So I tell her really all of them and that they all have something to offer for young children and old children alike.

She responds: "When you say all 4 parks, you don't mean Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure right?"

Me: "No those aren't Disney parks."

Her: "Oh that's right, they are MGM right?"

Me: ......... (how do you respond to someone who just named two parks with the word Universal in them that they are Universal parks?).... I eventually went with "No, they are Universal. Disney's Hollywood Studios used to be Disney-MGM Studios so maybe that's what you're thinking."

I just had to share...

My older family members are like that...

Disney isn't likely to happen for us either. College is 'spensive.

And both of my kids have chosen to be educated. Darn kids.

My step grandparents went to DL almost 30 years ago, and yet I still have to explain the difference between WDW and DL...
