Whatever virus this is my DH has is nasty and long. Now he is in stage 3, no voice. There was an emergency at work and he would have had to have gone into work Sunday afternoon, but they knew he was sick, so they called the next dude below on the totem pole. Which meant dude 2 missed the Super Bowl instead of DH.
So today DH, who is back at work calls me to walk me through the process of pulling the SuperBowl off the Uverse Recorded shows and transfer it over to a DVD.
Joy! Joy! Fun! Fun! 3 remotes and a DH without a voice, it is finally recording.

Tai Pei Frozen Food, has the filling for lettuce wraps in a bag. It is really good and makes approximately 8 generous lettuce wraps.
The only way I alter the instructions is I brown the chicken that is included before I add the veggie portion of the mix. Yummy.

Okay, off to do some psych work. For my senior capstone, we are conducting a study that is going to be published in a psych journal, as long as our results turn out the way that we are hoping. Kind of cool, I'm just not a fan of all the writing that comes along with it.

We had that issue with King Pup too. Worse, I bought new dining and living room furniture when he was about 4. Good times re-training him that he wasn't allowed on the furniture any longer.
