The band part is from April 1st 2013 to April 7th 2013... but my birthday part would be late March 28 to April 2nd ( the band drives so they will not get down there till April 2nd... we will probably be flying so I will only miss the monday after we get back because I am driving up with the band)

Woohoo!!!! 18th birthday is a big deal down here, 'cause it is our legal drinking age.

Its not really up here but its the first time I have to spend a birthday in Disney

It was the wedding of DF's Cousin. They went to Disneyland in 2010. The wife loves Disney! One one of the reasons we get along so well, I think

The band trip for Disney was approved and its the same time as my birthday... Guess who maybe is going down for my 18th birthday.

18 is legal for everything here. I want them to raise the legal drinking age to 21 though.

I can argue both sides of the issue. On a whole, I am not a fan of the higher age. Illinois was always 19 until it was was bump'd to 21. They wanted it out of High School completely. It doesn't stop college drinking or under-aged drinking. From what I've watched it actually makes it more sneaky though which sets up more drinking and driving. Previously a college student would just ask someone to drop them off somewhere.

I have court tomorrow on a speeding ticket. I refuse to pay an invalid ticket in which MY car was picked for a ticket over a car that had zero customization. The other care was in front of me, AND ran a stop sign.

I am watching Hawaii 5-0. A new episode and, so far, a decent one.


Watched The Lying Game-I wish they would go ahead and wrap that one up, cause it is taking too long and I am getting bored with it. Plus, the bad girl-is a REALLY evil, heinous cow, and I will stop watching if they don't snap a knot in her tail.

One story was about how this kid toss it all up ( I thought he was a good boy... we use to be best friends when we were little... We live on the same street) and still drank more then passed out... three other boys had to carry him to bathroom where he slept all night.
I guess my mom and dad are to controlling or something because they always have an eye on us when friends come over. My brother best friend is 21 and they will not let her drink.
But I listen to all these stories at school and its like oh yeah my mom and dad get us beer. Cant you go to jail for that? I always laugh when the one of the two girls are like my dad gets for me when their dads are both cops.

Everyone has there own take on this. But I draw the line on minors drinking underage. I was raised that everyone was given wine at family holiday and Sunday dinners.
