One story was about how this kid toss it all up ( I thought he was a good boy... we use to be best friends when we were little... We live on the same street) and still drank more then passed out... three other boys had to carry him to bathroom where he slept all night.
I guess my mom and dad are to controlling or something because they always have an eye on us when friends come over. My brother best friend is 21 and they will not let her drink.
But I listen to all these stories at school and its like oh yeah my mom and dad get us beer. Cant you go to jail for that? I always laugh when the one of the two girls are like my dad gets for me when their dads are both cops.

I would call the state investigative service. Not the locals, they swish it under a rug.

California had an earthquake today, and now the Palm Springs area is getting hammered with rain. That place cannot get a break, cause late spring will bring fires and dryness again.

I would never allow under aged drinking in my home. A legal nightmare for the parents, you'd have to be crazy in this day and age.

Laws are different for supplying someone under 18 with liquor. That person is dead meat with the law. Now if someone over 18 is drinking with someone over 21 that is a different situation. The 18 year old is an adult, choosing to break the law as an adult. The 18 year old becomes far more responsible for their own actions. Much the reason why college parties are so common at college.

And there is no way in Gods Green Earth I would do that. Those locals are going to find out who the tipster is. If there is no record of a complaint, it will go no where.
